- What is the minimum balance i
need to have in my account in order to be able to
request PayOut.
 
- When a member wants to see a show
he or she contacts the Video Host of his or her choice
through chat software specified in the Video Host's
profile such as ICQ or Yahoo Messenger. Then the
following steps take place:
- Member and Video Host communicate through ICQ or
Yahoo Messenger and agree about the specifics of the
show, including duration, and the video software to be
used. The types of video software available are listed
on the Video Host's profile.
- Member buys the show through the website by
selecting duration of the show in the Select Show
Duration dropdown menu and clicking Watch the Show
button.
- After the payment has been successfully processed,
the record of the transaction appears on the Video
Host's Login page in the New Sales table. The details
listed include Member ID, duration of the show and the
amount paid.
- The show takes place according to the details in
the New Sales table. The show must take place without
interruptions.
- After the show has been performed, Video Host
needs to click the Status button in the New Sales
table in order to get paid. After the Status button is
clicked, the transaction record disappears from the
New Sales table and appears on the Account History
page with the Status specified as "Completed."
- You as a Video Host can earn money
by performing live shows to the members of this site.
You will receive 75% of the amount the members pays for
your performances. No other competitive site has such a
big payout rate! You can turn this hobby into a great
part time or even full time job.
- You can either register as an
Independent Video Host or a Studio Administrator (a
manager of a group of Video Hosts). You should not
register as Studio Administrator if you work alone.
Studio Administrators create accounts for the Video
Hosts in their studio, arrange their work and revenues.
Studio Video Hosts cannot request payments themselves
and cannot change their registration information except
for on-line profile and pictures. Studio Administrators,
on the other hand, have full control over accounts of
the Studio Video Hosts registered by these Studio
Administrators. Studio Administrators have an ability to
withdraw payments for all their Video Host accounts at
once, which saves them time and withdrawal fees (if
applicable). They also have access to payment
information on all shows that were purchased from Video
Hosts in their studio. Studio Administrator cannot
perform shows, unless he or she registers a new Video
Host account. Studio Video Hosts can not open or close
their own accounts ? their Studio Administrators have
rights to do that.
- There are two different types of
Video Host accounts. One is an Independent Video Host
working on their own and another one is a Video Host who
is a member of a studio supervised by a Studio
Administrator. Independent Video Hosts have full control
over their accounts. Accounts of supervised studio
Video Hosts are fully regulated by Studio
Administrators. Studio Video Hosts may not change their
confidential registration information or request
payments. Studio Administrators would have to request
the payment for all of their Video Hosts and then
distribute the salary to the Video Hosts based on
commission or according to other Studio Video Host -
Studio Administrator agreements. All Video Hosts however
earn the same high amount which is 75% of their plan
prices. 25% are kept by ShowSalon.com for the services
it renders.
- To become a Video Host you need the
following:
- Scanned government ID with your picture proving
you are 18 years of age or older
- Fast and reliable Internet connection (preferably
DSL/cable)
- PC Web camera
- One of video software programs listed here
- One of chat software programs listed here
- At least a few good pictures showing yourself
- You must be at least 18 years of age to be a Video
Host. You are responsible to check with the local laws
to see if your age limit might be higher. Void where
prohibited.
- If you are an Independent Video
Host, payments for shows are sent upon your personal
request. If you are a Studio Video Host, your Studio
Administrator has to request the payment for you. Money
transfers might take up to a week. You can choose how
you want the payment to be sent from these options:
check, Western
Union and wire
transfer.
- It is completely free to get a
Video Host or Studio Administrator account with us.
There are no sign up fees.
- We highly encourage you to discuss
and agree upon details of the show with the Member
before he or she purchases the show to avoid any
possible misunderstandings. It is going to be a private
show, so you can show whatever you want, as long as you
do not break any local laws.
- If your account has just been
created, then it might not have been approved yet. You
will receive an email from us confirming the approval
within 24 hours of the registration date. If you do not
receive an email from us within 24 hours or still cannot
log-in for any other reason, please feel free to Contact

- No, you cannot under any
circumstances accept a payment directly from a Member
(client). In fact, any Video Host (performer) found to
be accepting this sort of payments will have their
account suspended immediately!
- Video Host rating is based on the
opinions of Members who have already purchased and
watched your show(s). The higher your rating is, the
more likely it is that the same Members as well as other
potential Members will purchase the shows from you. The
higher the number is ? the better your rating is. The
maximum possible rating is 5.

- Video Hosts/ Admins can request a
PayOut once they have a minimum of $50 on their earned
account balance.
