| Rules & Policies for
the ShowSalon.com community.
- Video Hosts may not under any circumstances accept
payments for their shows directly from members. We do
not tolerate theft. Video Hosts found violating this
policy will have their accounts closed immediately
without any warnings. We reserve the right to keep any
money owed to such Video Hosts. People who had their
account previously suspended will not be able to use
this site again, since every application is reviewed by
administration of this site.
- Any child pornography or any other illegal material
is strictly prohibited from use on this site. Any user
who is found violating this policy will have their
account suspended immediately.
- The content and the start time of the actual
performance have to be discussed prior to the purchase
and payment. Both Member (client) and the Video Host
(performer) have to agree on the content.
- Video Host must perform the show at the time
previously arranged with the Member.
- Once the show has started, it must not be
interrupted for any reason by either Member or Video
Host.
- If the show was interrupted for a technical reason
such as Internet connection loss or hardware failures on
either side, then it is the responsibility of the
person(s) who encountered the problem to fix it and to
contact the other party as soon as possible. Member
needs to contact the Video Host and arrange a new video
session, so that he or she can watch the remaining part
of the show. Video Host must arrange this show ASAP. It
is also considered a good etiquette on our site for a
Video Host to add a couple of extra minutes to the show,
if the problem was encountered on Video Host's side.
However it is not required.
- Once a show is completed, the Video Host must go to
the table of pending orders in the Video Hosts Log-In
Area and change the status of this show from "pending"
to "complete". The amount earned from this show will NOT
be available for withdrawal until the show has been
performed.
- Once show is completed, Member should leave a rating
for the Video Host who performed the show. This step is
not mandatory, but will enable other members to learn
about your experience with this particular Video Host.
The decision of other members whether to buy a show from
this Video Host will be partially based on your comments
and rating. Please be honest about your experience. Once
the comment/rating is left, it can not be revised or
deleted. Keep that in mind. Only the people who bought
shows from a Video Host can leave their rating/comments.
That is why all the comments you can see on the site
were left by members just like you who already watched
the show from any particular Video Host.
- ShowSalon.com charges an extra fee for all payments
requested by Administrators/Video Hosts that need to be
sent via Western Union. This charge is not related to
25% of our commission fee that is taken for all payment
received for all purchased shows. This fee is charged
separately and only when the payment request involves
Western Union. This extra fee covers Western Union
commissions. The prices are:
- $30 (min) - $100 - fee $20
- $101-$200 - fee $30
- $201-$300 - fee $35
- $301-$400 -- fee $45
- $401-$500 - fee $55
- $501-$600 - fee $60
- $601-$700 - fee $65
- $701-$800 - fee $70
- $801-$1000 (max) - fee $80
- ShowSalon.com reserves a right to close any account
for any suspicious or fraudulent activity.
Administration of ShowSalon.com also reserves a right to
freeze or seize the amount on account balance for above
mentioned reason. Such measures are takenunder very rare
circumstances and will not affect your account status if
you do not get involved in any kind of fraudulent or
illegal activity.
- Video Hosts may not upload or use any pictures on
ShowSalon.com, including Video Host profile images, with
URLs to other Web sites. Such pictures will be deleted
from the server and Video Hosts may be issued a warning
against their account. No advertisement of other Web
sites is permitted on ShowSalon.com
